SINGING TOGETHER
At Harmony Grove we will sing in small groups and large, in workshops and jam sessions, under the sun and under the moon!
All voices are welcome here, and you don't need any singing experience at all to join us! Songs will be taught in the aural tradition of call and response. As we sing together, we create a joyful circle of sound where each voice is celebrated as part of the whole.
During workshops and our morning song circles, we will sing easy-to-learn, playfully challenging songs that celebrate love, freedom, our connection to the Earth and to each other, and the universal ups and downs of living. We'll sing songs that give us strength, comfort, and much-needed hope in hard times. But we'll also sing songs that make us laugh and want to dance!
At night we will gather around the campfire under the stars for a time of open song sharing. Participants and song leaders alike will teach favorite songs. If you've never taught a song before - this is a safe and welcoming space to spread your wings and give it a go!
We will also have a folk jam session for those who would like to bring an acoustic instrument (guitar, uke, fiddle, etc.). We'll play a variety of folk, bluegrass, old-time and whatever other songs rise to the surface when we come together!

OUR SONG LEADERS
Our singing workshops will be led by experienced, passionate song leaders. Rest assured that some of the songs you learn will feel like new treasures. You will want to carry them home, sing them often, and share with family, friends, and your singing community.
